Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LAB5.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last item in your order.

How to request a return? To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may submit a return request directly through your customer account or contact us at: [store email address].

Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things, goods made to order or clearly personalised to your individual needs.

 

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day:

• on which you acquired the product, or
• on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail before the 14-day period expires.

Conditions of return

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be returned within 14 days,
• the item should be in the same condition in which you received it,
• the item should be complete and include all accessories originally supplied,
• the item should be securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

Before sending a return, please contact us at sale@lab5.eu.com. In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we may provide a prepaid return label.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product supplied by LAB5.

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or not the item that was ordered, LAB5 will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. LAB5 is not responsible for items lost during return transport if no tracking is used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by e-mail.

If the return is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at sale@lab5.eu.com.

Please include:

• your order number,
• a description of the issue,
• clear photos of the product and packaging.

Claims regarding transport damage should preferably be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the complaint is accepted, LAB5 may, at its discretion:

• repair the product,
• replace the product with a new one,
• provide replacement parts,
• issue a full or partial refund.

The customer must not attempt repairs or modifications before contacting LAB5, as this may void the claim.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by incorrect power supply or assembly, or use outside intended research and development purposes are not covered.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized products,
• products damaged by improper use,
• products modified by the customer,
• digital products or downloadable files once delivery has begun.
