These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LAB5 website, online store and products.

By accessing the website, placing an order or using any LAB5 product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

LAB5 sells hardware, accessories, firmware and related products intended for research, development, diagnostics and authorized testing.

Product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information and images are provided for information purposes only. Minor differences in color, enclosure finish, packaging, printed parts or component revisions may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Intended use

LAB5 products, including MonsterC5, are intended only for lawful use on systems, networks and devices that you own or are explicitly authorized to test.

You agree not to use LAB5 products:

  • in violation of any law or regulation,

  • to access networks, systems or devices without authorization,

  • to interfere with, damage or disrupt third-party systems,

  • in any way that may cause injury, property damage or unlawful activity.

The customer is solely responsible for the use of the products.

5. Orders

An order placed through the store constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable,

  • the information provided is incorrect,

  • fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected,

  • export, customs or legal restrictions apply.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a full refund.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed in the store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

Prices may change without notice.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges required in the destination country.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. LAB5 does not store full payment card information.

7. Shipping

We ship internationally.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

LAB5 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance,

  • postal or courier services,

  • weather,

  • force majeure,

  • local import restrictions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product may legally be imported into their country.

8. Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by the separate Return Policy available on this website.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact sale@lab5.eu.com as soon as possible.

LAB5 may repair, replace or refund defective products at its discretion.

Warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse,

  • unauthorized modifications,

  • incorrect assembly or wiring,

  • incorrect power supply,

  • normal wear and tear.

9. Firmware and software

Certain products may include firmware, downloadable files or links to GitHub repositories.

Unless otherwise stated, all LAB5 software, firmware, documentation, product names, graphics and branding remain the property of LAB5.

Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including logos, photos, product names, descriptions, graphics and text, is owned by LAB5 or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAB5 shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • lost profits,

  • loss of data,

  • business interruption,

  • damages resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the product.

LAB5 products are provided “as is” and are intended for technically knowledgeable users.

In any case, LAB5’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

12. Export and compliance

The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, import rules, radio regulations and export restrictions.

LAB5 may refuse to ship products to certain destinations if required by law or carrier restrictions.

13. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
